Program Description

Low-impact group class focused on muscle building (hypertrophy). Specific in-house programming with an emphasis on controlled movements, mind-muscle connection, and moving though a pain-free range of motion. 


Our bodybuilding class is a great compliment to our other classes, or as a standalone program
